I’m really disappointed with Fnb. I have made a query on the 3rd of October then one of their consultants made a mistake so I was told to visit one of the nearest fnb branch on the 14th of October to rectify the issue but even now my query it’s not resolved they always telling me that it should be resolved before the end of the week but it’s even end of November now…what’s worse they don’t even communicate with me I’m the one who is always calling and checking how far they are with the query, email *** Cellphone number +***8
