Funds being transferred from domain Acc to late state account

I have been going to FNB every week for 3 months now and I still haven’t gotten my funds from the domain account to my late estate account. Instead I’m given forms to fill every week and they come back saying I filled out the wrong information. All the other banks that had to transfer funds into the estate have done so with no hesitation but FNB and on the other hand has done the opposite. I feel they are giving me run arounds so I give up and they eventually get to keep the funds. Their estate division is a nightmare DO NOT EVER OPEN AN ESTATE ACC WITH THEM
