Funds

I received funds on the 11/12/23 and on the 13/12/23 they told me to bring proof of funds which I did, since then my funds have not been released and they only stating that they submitted the docs on the 18/12/23 only, still they tell me this will be reviews after 24-46 business days, I mean these are my funds why are they making me wait for funds I’ve been waiting for 6 years to receive. Poor service FNB I’m disappointed my reference number is ***
