FUND MISSING FROM FNB ACCOUNT

I called FNB today to ask that my account be checked there is money missing from my account and fnb cannot tell me where the funds went this a second month in a row Im having problems with FNB First I spoke to Pakisho Mojapelo she put me on hold for over an hour I then decided to call from my other number I got to a Lebogang reference (RB***) she tried her utmost best to help me to get hold of Pakisho Mojapelo she eventually got hold of her (this is while I'm still on hold on the other number) she tried to transfer me to Pakisho Mojapelo the call just went on and on no answer for 20min so I was on the phone with FNB for 2hrs with no resolution to my query I was then redirected and got through to another agent named Nishaan Pillay she also tried her utmost best to assist me all the while I'm still on hold by PAKISHO MOJAPELO fnb are ******* very utterly disgusted
