I've been *****ed on my cc for over 4000 rand and fnb refuses to log a claim for me, I ordered a. New virtual card and new physical card and changed the details a few times however they are still using my card in jhb and cpt. That alone tells me it's probably someone from fnb using it n when I request to log a claim via their chat service I'm handed over to 10 people a day which means over 30 people on fnb have decided not to assist me. I need some help from this platform in getting that sorted out
