FULL OF STORIES!!!

I am currently under Debt Review and trying to settle all my accounts but seems like it is not possible with FNB!!! you just want more and more and more moneys from me!!! i went into Debt Review with my SAVINGS account with an outstanding amount of R1300.00 something as for a temp loan i had on my account then FNB received payment from the PDA on this account for a couple of months and then i paid in R1200.00 and something on this account then again R730.00 something so by now this is all paid up and i would love to close this account as there is charges to this account on a monthly basis....and so i went in to the branch and spoke to Sanel Strydom to close this account now i get an email from her saying that i cant close this account as i still owe on my temp loan???i mean really how much could i owe on this account then???? i am not paying a sent more on this account and removed it from my Debt Review as settled so PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT NOW WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!!!
