Full of lies

Be warned consumers a fnb verbal statements to customers when opening a account with fnb is all lies. About 2 months ago I recently opened a account with Fnb due to the nature of my work I only receive coins. So I was looking at banks with the best option for me with the lowest bank charges with my one brother. So we began I course going from one bank to another (banks in the Hayfields mall) then we landed up by Fnb. Where the banking options was discussed along with the bank charges. We raised the issuie of the bank charges for depositing in the branch wanting to avoid that as I have to stand in the hot sun to obtain the money that I get. The consultant said it fine I can change the coins in the branch for notes and then deposit at the atm. Which has a about R 4000 free deposit per month and 4 free deposits for a month if I'm remember that part correctly. However the option of changing my coins for notes provided I was going to deposit it in my account by the atm was the only reason I opened the account with Fnb. The first time all went good. Second time I sent my younger brother who didn't do as I wanted. Today he goes as does exactly as I asked him to do. Go inside the branch change my earnings (coins) to notes to deposit in my account. Fnb in hayfeilds were I opened it refused to do so. I see one of two options here either Fnb honors the verbal agreement and does as was discussed between consultant and consumer. Or they amend my account without increasing my bank fees to have one in branch free deposit. If not it's not feasible for me to have a account with Fnb I wait for the two year period to be up and close the account.
Personal that refused to assist today was Ritha madiya
Regards Douglas
