Fudiciary

A lady that worked in my family for over 40 years passed on. On the 08 of August I forwarded all the documentation to Fudiciary, FNB's deceased estate department, I have since mailed them on various occasions, called the telephone n umber given, which is never answered by the way. Then today I receive a mail, stating that they have not received the documentation, two months down the line, and they have not even registered the estate. The only beneficiary, her daughter is extremely anxious at this time as she has incurred man y expenses since the passing of her mother.
