FUD-***1 (FNB UNSECCESFUL DEPOSIT)

This is unacceptable from FNB, i made a deposit on the FNB ATM on the 4 of September 2023, and their ATM had a technical glitch so they say, and the slip reflect that that the deposit was unseccesful and my money was never returned, i immediately went to the branch and lodged a dispute and same was captured under ticket reference number Can you please assist me with checking the progress of my query with ticket reference number FUD-***1, and was told the money will show in my account later on, today i made a follow up, only to be advised that it will take 3 to 5 days for the matter to be attended to and the is no guarantee that the money will reflect into my account, mind you this is the money that i deposited to cover my business debit orders next think they will adding excess fees for the bounced debit order, i think its time i look for other bank to bank with, this is totally unacceptable
