FRUSTRATIONS WITH FNB *******/UNUATHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS

I have just joined FNB last year around August but have since been UNHAPPY so far. Last year around November I lodged a complaint regarding a debit order for R119 that had occurred twice that I didn't know anything about and never authorized, I was told the matter would be resolved after 40 working days and to this day I never received any correspondence and my money back, which I still patiently awaiting.

This week I got an SMS from an unknown company called ''Viva Lifestyle" alerting me that the debit order for R129 would take place by Directcomm Ref:BD ********** 190131 and was given an option to reply with CANCEL if I don't want it to occur, I rep**** with CANCEL. I tried to use the landline number from the SMS and it was not working, it doesn't go through whether you use a cellphone or telephone lines. I didn't know from which bank account it would occur since I bank with three of the top five banks in SA, and to my surprise it was FNB as I got an inContact notification this morning that the R129 has been taken and I am very frustrated, angry and disappointed with this and require answers from FNB together with my money back.
