Frustrations frustrations!!!!!

am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the lack of assistance I have received concerning my claim submitted through FirstRand Momentum.

I have made several attempts to seek assistance by sending emails, but to date, I have not received any meaningful response or support. This has caused significant frustration and concern, as my matter remains unresolved with no clear communication or guidance from your team.

I find it unacceptable that despite my efforts to follow the correct channels, my queries have not been attended to. As a client, I expect timely communication, transparency, and efficient service.. please help
