Frustration of opening an account

We tried to apply for a trust bank account for our family trust. The only thing still required was a clearer copy from the trust deed. Took a while to get same from the Masters office. When submitting same and following up with Business banking I was informed the query has been closed. The consultant advised that he can either reopen the query and submit the copy of the trust deed but it will take 3-4 working days or I can open a new application which can be pushed within a day or two. I chose the quickest option. To my utter frustration. It's now been almost a month. The account can still not be used. They continue to ask for docs already submitted. I contacted a consultant who advised my mother's ID and letter of authority was still needed (2 weeks ago). Submitted same. Two days later got a request for the same documents. I cannot take this anymore. Open the account! You have all necessary documentation
