Frustration of getting a duplication rectified

It is so frustrating to have a Credit Card transaction duplicated and an even bigger nightmare to get it rectified by FNB staff. I can't see how I stayed loyal for over 35 years! With unemployment so high how does FNB pick the most *********** individuals to deal with their clients. FNB has become like a circus where you are forced to deal with the ******s & cannot get through to the ringleader. I can't see how FNB will stay in business at this pace...
