Frustrating Tax Free Withdrawal Issue with FNB - Funds Reversed

I'm really my disappointed of withdrawal from my Tax Free account. I requested it on 26 Nov 2025, and was told it'd reflect by 3 Dec 2025. But today, the funds were reversed back into the account, meaning I need to reapply.

This is frustrating as I urgently needed the funds and had made arrangements with debtors based on your commitment that I’ll get the funds on 3 December 2025. I trusted your initial communication.

Please assist me urgently. I need clarity on what went wrong and a solution to access my funds ASAP.
