Frustrating systems and terrible support

I opened a business account and send our Fica Documents more than 15 times. It keeps being requested, I keep sending it. To numerous different mails as provided by your consultants. If it goes like this even before an account is opened? How will your service be in the long run? Been waiting for over 2 weeks for this to get sorted.
