Frustrating System, Frustrating FNB Banking App

Two days before Christmas I called FNB unit trusts to withdraw some money since the silly FNB banking app wasn't allowing me to. I had tried to use their app since the beginning of December but it always gives an error message on Disinvest stage.

So, a few days before Christmas, my call was answered by Jabulisile who, after all has been said and done, told me she has contacted their technicians to fix the app and that she would phone me back later. I've been waiting for her call for nearly two weeks now.

And phoning her/their number again, ***, led to me being kept on hold for, literally, ten minutes today because FNB investments division has sent everybody on leave.
