Frustrating services from FNB
I have a credit card with them ive been struggling to get assistance as i want to settle it off, everytime i am put on hold. This is very difficult to solve with fnb as i need assistance with my credit card and i want to pay it off and close it

20 Sept 2021, 10:32Still waiting on FNB to contact me, after i was sent to pillar to post on friday to 3 different departments and spent 49 mins holding with no luck, the service is very frustrating and so inconvienent especially for someone who want assistance with settling the debts i have with the bank, half of me is tempted to let it go and not bother to be pay anymore why should i suffer like this getting to a bank for assistance?
