Frustrating service with FNB
No one can remove a hold on account at fnb, spoken to at least 5 people including a call to ***** department where I was told it was not a ***** hold.

13 Aug 2025, 15:42I spoke to numerous people on that useless chat and spoke to a Katlego from ***** department who said he cannot help as this is not a ***** hold, I cannot use my account because FNB is refusing to help me. An entire day of communication and not a single person could assist me

16 Aug 2025, 12:25Eventually got through to FNB after being transferred from pillar to post, got hold removed only today to realise they didn’t remove holds on all accounts now back at square one with million calls and people not assisting 😭😭😭 this bank is ***** up
