FRUSTRATING SERVICE_UNFAIR LISTING_WRONG INFORMATION ON A 2005 FNB CREDIT CARD (16 YEARS). I have called, emailed and disputed this case with

I usually post on 'helloPeter" when I am happy with the services received. In most cases, is when I have tried everything in my power to get assistance. I have been trying to resolve this issue at hand since the beginning of this year with FNB: *** *** I went as far as lodging a few disputes with *** to no avail. I am reaching out to anyone from *** and FNB Credit Card to read one of many correspondences emailed. Please Note: I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A COPY OF THIS DISPUTE AND A CASE NUMBER emailed to ***. Date of recently consulted credit report: 03 November 2021. Account name: FNB Credit Card Account number: NO ACCOUNT NUMBER (kindly refer to the attached listing) The last payment date indicated on the credit report is 20 March 2019 (NO PROOF OF PAYMENT ON THIS PAYMENT; NOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT). This account did not show on the Credit Bureau. Until it was re-activated on 30 September 2021. Last payment date according to the consumer: Not Applicable. The said account has been inactive since 2005. Over the years, there was no communication from FNB Credit Card Unit. I only knew about the ITC listing recently when I app**** for a loan from Old Mutual to settle a HOMELAOAN account. I called FNB Credit Card numerous times, and when I was lucky to speak to someone, I would get transferred from one consultant to another, then my call will be cut-off. Kindly note that I have copied EXPERIAN and FNB; hoping to get a response. Below is the EXPERIAN Listing: Status of the account on the credit report: Recently OPEN ID copy of the consumer: *** Proof of residence: Attached. The FNB account; was opened in 2005. It was re-opened on 30 September 2021 without my knowledge. In all of this, there have never been any communications between myself and FNB CREDIT CARD: Therefore, (in terms of the Prescription Act 68 of 1969, as amended, an alleged debt will prescribe within three years of the debt becoming due). In this case, 16 years. I request an amendment made to my EXPERIAN Profile. I have checked with other Credit Bureaus, and all is updated accordingly except for ***. They are adamant about doing what is lawful and allowing a chance to Financial Rehabilitation.
