Frustrating service

Can someone assist me with a transaction on my unisa account please. Unisa says I requested a charge back on 24 July 2020,I only paid unisa online 29July 2020, they issued a refund on 21Sept 2020 which never reached my bank account resulting in me owing them 3200 more on my student account. All payments that are out of the SLA time are sent back to the acquiring banks. She needs to query with her bank to trace the chargeback which she had requested from them.

Regards I spoke with a consultant of fnb no refund shows.. I even sent here the screen shot of unisa's charge back response from fnb. Was transfered to disputes, disputes says I should dispute the original transaction of the 29thJuly...Can someone please assist I know card disputes takes forever and I need to finalise my registration Please.....
