frustrating service

Its been 3 weeks since i sent through a complaint regarding an account app.I received 2 calls telling me that someone is handling the problem and will hear from them soon. I called in on several occasions and was told the this matter would be ESCALATED.......I cannot understand how something of this sort takes more than 3 weeks to resolve.
