Frustrating service
Let me start of with I am FNB's number one fan but I am truly disappointed in the service of late. My account was previously closed due to me owing on my credit card but unfortunately I had lost my job and was unable to make payments. I got messages from FNB to say that my credit card was closed and I no longer owe money on this card. A year later I re-opened my account and checked with my consultant if anything was owing and she assured me nothing was owing. I started earning the starbucks cappuccino vouchers then all of a sudden I noticed that I wasn't getting any, months went by before I also noticed that I wasn't earning ebucks from filling petrol. When I queried this the ebucks team had told me my account is not in good standing I didn't understand because there was always money in my account. I have called FNB almost every month to try and sort my issue out but the only thing I get back is if I'm owing FNB I will not be able to earn ebucks. But I don't owe FNB anymore and now I'm frustrated from calling every department possible but no one can actually help me. Please can someone help me I just want to earn my ebucks as I've been missing out on almost R300 ebucks monthly. I know it doesn't seem like alot but it does to me.
