Frustrating processes

For a bank that has adverts that are basically dissing other banks, your Processes are silly and frustrating to your existing customers. On the 18th of Feb I called to change my D/O to the 29th as I was going to get paid then due to me resigning, I was told that it could not be done because the D/O has already been scheduled. Mind you all the other people that run my debit on the 25 were able to change it to the 29th but my bank could not. Anyways, today I call to change the date to the 26th as that it my pay date with my current employer again you tell me it cannot be done only today I'm told I need to supply a HR letter from my new company. These processes are very frustrating your clients, why would I just want to change the D/O without reason. If then you want proof why don't you call my new employer to confirm. Honestly I find this to be tedious. People that I do not bank with do not gi a bank that has adverts that are basically dissing other banks, your Processes are silly and frustrating to your existing customers.
