Frustrating Paypal account linkeage
I have been struggling for a few weeks now to get my online profile linked to my Paypal account. Over the weekend I got an sms notification to say my FICA documents for the Paypal side have been verified and that I can now link my account. Lo and behold and yet ANOTHER error pops up. ‘(E-100) mammoth otp PrepareOTPNavigator returned false with a SUCCESS code’. I emailed the Paypal email account who told me to contact the online department. I just need this sorted out already. Can someone please help me???
