Frustrating laborious process

FNB home loans is literally on a mission to frustrate me. They are refusing to convert my account to a Flexi account so I can access my excess funds when I need to. I literally have to complete countless forms and they always find something wrong every time. The last forms were were completed by a banker but they still found an error on the form. Worst thing is I app**** for a sole account and they made an error for split payment.

I have not experienced such frustration with a joint joint account with my husband with the other bank where he also have a sole account.
