Frustrating Forex
<p>Dear FNB Forex Developers</p> <p>I ask you with tears in my blurry blue eyes to please fix the validation on the field 'branch routing code' when setting up a Forex beneficiary. If no branch routing code is required THEN DO NOT MAKE THE BRANCH ROUTING CODE MANDATORY!!! I don't know if this is a bug or what but it is **** frustrating when trying to set up a beneficiary. I thought FNB was miles ahead (of banks such as ABSA) when offering Forex online. Now I'm not so sure anymore. Please test your system before you go live or else you will **** off your customers no end.</p>
