Frustrating experience with FNB Short term insurance

FNB Short term insurance has been giving me endless hustles since I lodged my household contents claim. I have since provided all the information they required since 7th December. I've been following up almost everyday, today I get told one thing, the next day I get told something else.

What a frustrating experience.
