Frustrating experience attempting to cancel an FNB life policy.

I have been a loyal FNB client since 2018 and have always appreciated the quality of their service. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, I now have no choice but to cancel my accidental death policy (Policy Number: CP***).

However, the process of canceling this policy has been extremely frustrating. I’ve been put on hold multiple times, transferred between departments and even run out of airtime three times in the process. This experience is far from the excellent service I’ve come to expect from FNB. They're quick to sign you up though.

I request immediate assistance in canceling my policy. I trust that FNB values its clients and will resolve this matter promptly and efficiently.
