Frustrating Customer Service

Always terrible service when trying to contact FNB to resolve queries. A call that should be 20 minutes, takes longer because you get transferred from department to department. When answering calls the same thing happens, you get transferred, even though the correct department called you!! The online secure chat doesn't work and FNB doesn't seem to care enough to improve it.
