Frustrating Customer

I am so frustrating. Since 2020 I am struggling to get my FNB account that I dont use to be closed. They keep on deducting a monthly fee on that account for nothing...I chat how many times on the app on chat secure...keep in promising they will close.....went several times to the bank, logging calls...nothing. Can somebody just assist please.
