Frustrating customer

Hi thought of sharing my experience with you that I've lodged with PnP yesterday. It had been a nightmare shopping with them since you've joined forces with them. Maybe you could address this with them since we're now obligated to buy from them to earn Ebucks. I had to buy most of my items needed from Checkers which cost 3x the apending from PnP, because of availability.

I'm so frustrated with your App. I'm busy shopping and I'm not near 45 items yet, but when I want to add another item, but the system says "You've reached your maximun quantity"

I also want to mention to you what a nightmare it is for me to shop from PNP compared to Checkers. The PNP in Heidelberg doesn't have have the items I used to buy from Checkers. Some exambles, Hot chocolate 1kg, Albany thick slice brown bread, Ina Paarmans fish spice (the yellow one), Ina Paarmans Masala Spice, Bicarbonate Soda 2kg.

I feel it's such a waste of time to buy from PNP and now we're forced to buy because of FNB.

Please can you see if you can get the store in Heidelberg Gauteng to expand their products.

I'm also going to write a complain on Hello Peter to FNB, because I feel they also need to hear from us as the customers the disappointment.and frustration we have to go through.
