Frustrating

I have been fighting with FNB for a month now. My loan is currently sitting in arrears gathering interest. They simply do not care that this is their mess.

Now they say my COVID extension contract was never signed. I checked I actually signed it something like 6 times.

I am like pretty sure they are in major breach of contract at this point. I have people phoning me for things being in arrears. Nobody gets back to me on anything.

The worst bank in SA. I will definitely be changing banks.

I don’t know how they think doing this to a person is okay.
