Frustrating

App**** for a credit card limit increase on the app.. was supposed to be easy.. well it's been Over 10 days.. Phoned them 3 times and each time I get get different reason as to why the increase hasn't reflected yet.. It is frustrating and how can you give different reasons as to why YOUR system isn't working. As nothing is missing from my side.
