Frustrating Bank with Fnb
So this guy Bongani Dembe decided to close my account. He later requested the invoice ,then an invoice was sent with all the supporting documents.So he decided not respond any phone calls or emails .Now I’m stranded without any account as used that account for my personal & business staff.Please can he Atleast reply my email or call then.

I don’t know how long does Nedbank needs to finalise this nonsense of investigation.while I’m not getting any feedback or a sign that FNB is willing to open my account again. But silence is the only weapon you have .Sies this is disgusting and long overdue 👀👀
