frustrating and irritated with FNB BANK

FNB workers are rude they cut off the line while you talking to them. Have tried getting help since early this year until now. All they want is pay unnecessary amounts. How can you owe when you have a settlement letter. This is frustrating my credit score is rejected and there is nothing i can do.
