Frustrating and incomprehensible

I have been waiting for a month for a Youth account to be opened. Initially opened 2 youth accounts. One was opened, I completed the documents requested and the account was opened and is currently usable. The second account is still not available a month later. Same documents completed in the same way, and yet a moth later fnbKYC is requesting the document to be "LABELLED" differently. 1 hour on hold with 3 different departments, after being cut off twice.

I am beyond having lost my temper now.
