Frustrating
HP Koen ID *** Mrs Koen is my mother. We spent hours in Montana Fin-Forum branch to arrange power of attorney for me. She suffered a stroke and I ( her daughter) obtained a general power of attorneys via courts. Alll the relevant information was provided to link me as a general power of attorney on my mom's profile. The issue with my mom's bank card that will expire in August was addressed and she assured me that the cards will be delivered, in time, to me. 2 Cards were delivered to me ( tracking nr *** and ***). I received a phone call from a courier company on Monday indicating the they need to deliver the ATM card. I requested them to deliver to me, same as with the other cards. Then to my frustration the lady indiated that she can not see my power of attorney on the system and it was resolved that the card will be dlivered to FNB Kolonnade branch to collect. Since my mom is wheelchair bound and in a frailcared facility a need to make arrangements to be able to take her out of the facility to accompany me to collect the card. Highly inconvenient. To make it even worse, another lady phoned on Tuesday with same story, but this time adamant that they can not deliver the card to the branch if she can not confirm this with my mother. Besides that fact that they can not speak to my mother since she does not have a cell phone in the frailcare facilily, it leave me in a precarious position that I can not collect the card and will thus not be able to make payments from her account for her medical care. Pleae explain why there is not a general power of attorney on the system and why was the 2 cards delivered but the 3rd one cant.... It is highly annoying and inconvenient.
