Frustrated with useless FNB

Still receiving calls and sms's and messages on my banking app that my accounts are in arrear due to a FNB system ****ch....FNB advisor admitted they had a problem over DEC.... I spoke to a lady after my last complaint and she advised she will sort ot out.... Now a few days later I Have received no less than 10+ message reminding me of how useless and *********** FNB services advisors are.
