Frustrated with Poor Loan Support and Unreasonable Interest Rates

It's unbelievable how difficult it is to get any help with my personal loan. How hard can it be to make a few adjustments to let your clients breathe? You’re more than happy to charge ridiculously high interest rates, crippling our finances, but when we ask for assistance, it's like pulling teeth. I want to settle half my loan and refinance the rest, yet all I’m getting is the runaround with no clear answers. This level of service is unacceptable—do better for your clients!....( Private client for many years!) Thank god i downgraded with you guys..
