Frustrated with FNB’s Credit Approval Process

I’ve been receiving constant messages from FNB suggesting that I may qualify for a credit account. However, when I finally app****, I was rejected due to not having a credit history. I’ve been working for over a year now and already have an active FNB account. How am I supposed to build a credit history if FNB doesn’t give me the opportunity to start? Perhaps I should consider moving to Standard Bank, where I might actually be given a fair chance at building my credit profile.
