Frustrated with FNB and their lack of clarity

I wish to make a complaint about FNB.

On the 11th of April I sent FNB Personal Loans an email informing them that I cannot pay my personal loans anymore as I haven't received payment from my employer. Thus I am effectively unemployed. As I haven't received a salary for the last 11 weeks. I have so far asked for a clear response on what I need to do from the FNB Personal Loans Department and or the FNB Credit Card Department.

In the meantime I am receiving smses threatening legal action due to non-payment from FNB, which I don't think is very appreciative of my dire financial position especially as I have been a long standing customer since about 2007.

I would appreciate clarity from FNB on this matter.
