FRUSTRATED, PHONE KEEPS ON CUTTING OFF AND THEY DO NOT BOTHER!!!

I am extremely frustrated. I have been trying to get through to FNB 5 times and every time the phone cuts off and they do not even bother calling me back!!!! I am trying to sort out my child's FNBy transaction account which was allocated to another lady's name. I have never had this bad service from FNB before.
