FRUSTRATED FIRST NATIONAL BANK CLIENT

After more than 11 years i have been a client of First National Bank. I was offered a revolving loan a while back. About 4 months ago i personally transferred more than required funds and decreased the loan amount I pay every month. Since then i keep getting threats. This month alone i have called in over 6 times. I get assured it will be sorted out, NO BODY SORTS THIS OUT. My credit rating is effected negatively. I have my homeloan with F.B. My salary goes into my F.B account. But till now, this matter prevails.
