Frustrated

Their complaints department will listen, understand and give you hope of solving your problem but the legal and or arrangements department changes their stories with each person you talk to. They would say this is the available arrangement they offer you but talk to the next person they will no say the are no options open to you,to a point that now I'm frustrated and scared for my children's home
