loose an approved loan application on their app and suddenly no-one can see it and try to get it resolved and still no-one can phone you from the loans department. For a lousy loan of 9k they can't phone you even using the messenger app they can't help because they always referring. shame that I spent my time and my cellphone call to get a response hold on I will transfer you and 15 minutes later still no luck. now I get through and suddenly the loan is not available at all to me??
