Frustrated

Please refund my money for the license renewal app**** for on Navi gate car. I cannot deal with this anymore. No feedback no urgency no customer service. Please just refund me for the license, penalties and delivery charges. I will have to pay additional penalties and drive with two vehicles with expired licenses. After one month I have to go onto the app that shows the licenses are blocked. I am really tired of taking time to follow up and begging to get the service I paid for done. Please just refund me and I will never use this service again.
