Frustrated

I got an email that my account has been put on hold because someone reported it. Boitumelo Mogane is assigned as the investigating officer of the ***** case. I sent her required documents and she ignored my emails. Not even once did she acknowledged or call me. Ive been calling fnb numerous times, my accois on hold I can’t do anything. And its where I receive my salary. I called her and she hangs up the phone me after I asked why she is not answering my email (calls are recorded i guess). The alleged victim has told me that she sent a withdrawal email and affidavit to Boitumelo she doesn’t know why she is not unblocking my account.. I have cc her manager Nthabiseng Phokotsi on the email but she also didn’t get back to me..

Iam very frustrated at the moment and have sent numerous emails to ***** and also to complaints department but still nothing.
