Frustrated customer

I am very frustrated at the lack of service at First National Bank in Northcliff. I spent an hour there and was not helped at all. There was only one person on the floor to help and it was difficult to help us all. An elderly woman was having a breakdown in the corner because she was not helped. I don't understand why there were not more people to help on a busy Saturday morning. Theit motto is ' how can we help you?' They can help by having more staff on the floor to help.
