Frustrated Customer

I've had so much frustrations with FNB.. I'm at my wit's end right now. On Friday, I was in an two hour call that proved to be fruitless and time wasting. That call was a follow up call on a complaint that I had lodged and nobody even bothered. Get back to me on. So, I was in this call for literally two hours only for them to drop the line on me and was never called back. I'm not gonna change banks, I just NEED FNB to do right by me!!!!
