Frustrated Customer

I'm struggling to convert my Ebucks to cash. It gives me the following message "Amount exceeds amount due" but it's not exceeding. Please advise. I would also like to find out why does it say I'm not using my Virtual Cardwhen doing payments or buying online, because as far as I'm concerned, am I using it for 90% of my purchases. Maybe I'm missing something, could someone please look into this for me as well? Since August I've been spending more than R20k per month, but I still didn't unlock on the rewards.
